What is Reventure?
Reventure is the indie game that our studio launched almost 2 years ago and was a massive hit. We have such an amazing community behind it that enjoys it, and we would love to make it grow even bigger with Orbtale!
Orbtale wouldn’t have been possible without the universe behind Reventure, so we wanted to give you a way to introduce you to it in case you haven’t yet.
That’s why we’re giving you a copy of the game for FREE in most reward tiers. We didn’t add the price of the game to the rewards when setting prices, you are just paying for Orbtale components and getting a free copy of Reventure.
This copy of Reventure will be delivered as a Steam key for PC/Windows.

What is Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a launchpad for creators to raise funds for the initial production of their invention. Backers (that’s you!) can support the creator by pre-ordering the product at a discounted price.

What does it mean to back a project (pledge)?
When you back a project, you’re pre-ordering the product. That means you’ll get it once it’s produced. Besides getting the product itself, you’re also joining a community. Follow along the production process, take part in important surveys and give the creator valuable feedback.

How do I pledge?
In order to pledge, click that green button that says “Back this project”. You’ll get to select your shipping country and choose your desired pledge level and reward.

When is my money collected?
Your money will be collected only after the project ends on Monday, May 24th, 2021. If the project is cancelled for any reason, you won’t be charged.

When will my package arrive?
We estimate December 2021/January 2022. But many things can influence that date such as the country where you live or sometimes an error with a package. We’re considering many different fulfillment centers in order to minimize problems.
Also, the world situation isn’t the best as we all know, an added reason for shipping being a bit more delayed in some destinations.
Finally, we don’t want to promise December as a closed date because we don’t want anyone to expect it for Christmas and being disappointed if it isn’t in time.

Why should I back this campaign instead of waiting for the retail version?
Here are some reasons:
1) The campaign outcome will determine if there’s a retail version in the end. So you may not be able to get the game if we don’t make good enough numbers with it!
2) There’s a ton of kickstarter exclusive content you won’t be able to get in the retail version in any case.
3) You’d help fund the project when it’s most needed and help us negotiate better prices and components.
4) You’ll support our studio, so we can keep working on crazy, creative stuff.

What payment methods can I use?
You can use any debit or credit card associated with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, as well as Discover and JCB cards. Kickstarter does not accept payments with PayPal.

Will be shipping available for X location?
Right now we can only guarantee shipping your copy of the game to the countries listed on the “Shipping” section of our description.
As we also clarify there, we haven’t committed to a fulfillment partner yet because we are trying to get the best price deal for you, so even more destinations might be available in the future.

Will the game be available in X language?
All the components of the game will be translated to the languages we list at the beginning section of the campaign description: English, Spanish, German and French.
More languages may be added for each 100k$ we collect. However, those languages will be voted via pledge manager in the survey sent to all backers.

Can I get X as an addon?
No. We’re not using addons in order to keep the campaign simple to communicate and manage.
If you want to get extra components, the best way is to upgrate your tier to the next one.

What cards does the "Retro Pixel Deck" include?
Just the base game cards, since it’s meant to be a lightweight portable version. That is, the 52 cards from Reventure: Orbtale, in pixel format. Not any expansion or unlocked additional cards (e.g: “Dragon’s Loot” pack is not included).

What minis does "The Dragon" pledge include?
The included character minis are: The Hero, The Elder, The Princess, The Witch, The Minions, The Aberration, The Cat, The Boulder.
They’ll be physical and made in resin. The material is perfect for miniature painting just like warhammer figures.
Also, the minis won’t be available on the Tabletop Simulator Demo.

What kind of shirt does "The Dragon" pledge include?
You’ll be able to choose your favorite character design among the main cast, along with your preferred size and style.

When do I get my digital goodies? What goodies are to expect on the "Digital Goodies Pack"?
All digital rewards such as Reventure steam keys or the Digital Goodies Pack will be sent to all backers once the campaign is over.
Discord roles however will be available during campaign. Right now, we’re adding “The Dragon” roles, you can see how to ask fro it on the #4 Update of the campaign titled “Twitters & Dragons”
The “Digital Goodies Pack” includes wallpapers and the OST of Reventure, but more items could be added during the campaign given some conditions.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
